Alejandro Garnacho wins Manchester United POTM award for November

Alejandro Garnacho has been voted Manchester United’s Player of the Month for November.

The 19-year-old has enjoyed a stellar month for the Reds, scoring twice in six games, but it comes after a quiet start to the season when he was often overlooked by Erik ten Hag.

One of Garnacho’s goals in November – the acrobatic finish against Everton at Goodison Park β€” is a contender for the Premier League Goal of the Month award.

Garnacho’s other strike came in Istanbul as United drew 3-3 with Galatasaray at RAMS Park.

Now, in the lead up to Saturday’s trip to Newcastle, Ten Hag is talking about how he can play Garnacho and Marcus Rashford in the same team, despite both players preferring to attack from the left flank.

The vote for November’s Player of the Month saw Garnacho scoop 42% of the fans’ vote via ManUtd.com. He will be aiming to build on his good form in December because we need our forward players contributing more goals in the Premier League.

Harry Maguire and Bruno Fernandes ran Garnacho close for the November award.

Congratulations to Garnacho on his latest individual award.
