I could safely bet that none of you were thinking Tyrell Malacia.
We’ve all got our own opinions on United’s standout performers, which causes plenty of debate and, often, disagreement.

Malacia makes the grade at left-back, despite not being a starter for United this season. The Netherlands international has played a back-up role in his first season at the club and has proven to be a very good addition.
The 23-year-old earned a rating of 7.7 to make him WhoScored’s left-back of the month in the Premier League.

With Luke Shaw currently playing at centre-back, I think we can expect to see Malacia get regular game time between now and the end of the season.
