(Video) Rasmus Hojlund says ‘agent’ Manchester United teammate helped get his transfer over the line
Christian Eriksen was as keen as Erik ten Hag to see Ramsus Hojlund in a Manchester United shirt this season.
The experienced midfielder seemingly played his part in Hojlund’s switch from Atalanta to the Red Devils by speaking about the club during international duty.
Now, the duo are teammates at both international and club level, having shared the field for Denmark on numerous occasions and more recently in Euro 2024 qualifiers.

Ten Hag’s latest recruit sat down with club media to reflect on his recent move and was beaming to have finally signed for his boyhood club.
He touched on his relationship with Eriksen, saying: “He calls himself ‘agent Christian’ in the national team so that was quite funny, because we spoke a little bit about the club already and he knew I was a United fan back then.
“So we spoke a little bit about it and he also helped me in the beginning here and showing [me] around Carrington. He’s a good guy.”
