(Video) Referee deals three Fulham red cards in 40 seconds after handball incident
Chris Kavanagh was forced to brandish three red cards within 40 seconds in tonight’s FA Cup quarter-final between Manchester United and Fulham.
All three of these were shown to the away side; Willian was sent off for a handball incident on the line to deny Jadon Sancho, Marco Silva was interfering with the referee’s decision during the VAR check, and Aleksandar Mitrovic pushed Kavanagh after the initial cards.

United were consequently awarded a spot-kick for Willian’s handball, which was swiftly converted by Bruno Fernandes. Just a minute later, Marcel Sabitzer opened his goalscoring account with the Reds to put them ahead and round off an emphatic five-minute turnaround.
